The Armoury
The Ring of Steel maintains a weapons collection that consists of
well over 1600 individual pieces. Considering an average purchase price
of over $200.00, our collection represents a substantial investment. We
purchase weapons from reputable suppliers though there are a few
weapons for costume use that have been aquired at the proverbial garage
sale. Of late, we rarely purchase a fully assembled weapon from a
specific manufacturer; prefering to perform final assembly in our
workshop in order to obtain the most precise fit for all of the
components.
Our current policy is to increase the diversity of our collection,
having aquired sufficient numbers of similar weapons to teach most of
our classes. Each of these links leads to brief historical notes
concerning the weapon classification and thumbnail pictures of our
actual inventory.
