  • Main duty involves overall coordinate of gigs
  • Coordinate Ring's schedule so that gigs are not double-booked
  • Block out enough time on schedule to set-up and tear down for gigs without being double-booked
  • Responsible for confirming gigs (call-backs to prospective employers to finalize dates, etc.)
  • Keep track of current and future gig information
Legal Council Jacob Lehman
  • Maintain and update waivers

    • A little bit of almost everything - first and foremost as we shake out a new organizational structure and try to see that nothing gets dropped

    • Coordinate/Maintain paperwork associated with non-profit status
    • Research acquisition of new mailing lists or resources
    • Research and write grant proposals to public and private foundations and corporations as well as relevant government agencies
    • Maintain an accurate grants calendar and transmit information to the Steering Committee
    • Coordinate the generation of required reporting to grant providers

    Office Person Duties
    Event Coordinator **Seeking Applicants**
  • Create and Maintain Lists of items needed for all gigs (lecture/demo, bunny fencing, trunk shows, etc.)
  • Create schedules for events based on sign-up (site activity schedule [before, during, after], setup/teardown crews)
  • Coordinate with Armourer to ensure proper weapons load-out is obtained
  • Coordinate with Technical Director to ensure proper tech load-out is obtained
  • Coordinate with Prop Master to ensure proper props load-out is obtained
  • Coordinate with Costumer to ensure proper costume load-out is obtained
  • Coordinate loading and unloading of all equipment with Transportation Captain
  • Promotions/Marketing Wendy Schafer
  • Mass mailings
  • Printing up materials to be mailed
  • Posting flyers
  • Sending promo packs (one week to 10 days before an event)
  • Create/Send Press kits (thinking of hiring Ring)
